Purple Balloon Syndrome

I'm not sure if flat is the best way to describe the way I'm feeling tonight, maybe tired and deflated is a more apt description, either way, it's kind of silly but I know it will pass,

I think it comes from the fact I've been buoyed along for so long now by the excitement and response to the fundraising Auction, that now all that external enthusiasm has died away I'm just feeling a little bit bllllaaaagghhh.

What I need to do is get a grip, and refocus my attention.  I need to start work on the next stage of the planning.  I need to start approaching companies to see who will provide products for me to take up to Nakuru with me.  I'm thinking care and hygiene products to begin with, maybe children's toothbrushes, hand sanitizers, etc (musn't forget the fun stuff too...)

On the odd day when I start to feel this way I just need to watch a video clip like the one below, shot and edited by one of the amazing team that give their time freely to the families and children of the Gioto Garbage Slum and I'm immediately reminded that I have abs-olutely |ˌabsəˈloōtlē| nothing to complain about and I just need to get over myself.
